We will discuss some at-home tried and true remedies and demonstrate some osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) techniques to help drain sinuses and prevent ear infections. In addition to the OMT demonstration, parents will have a chance to practice these techniques on their own families to use later at home. We’ll also have some fun activities for the kids, light refreshments, and giveaways. All ages are welcome!
